Christmas Shopping tips

Christmas is just around the corner.... this Season is the most happiest time of the year ...
and also .. the most expensive one...
from the gifts for our ina anaks to the food for our Noche Buena .. New clothes for our children ..
partys here and there ... exchange gifts....  etc ... really not a budget friendly .... haha!
but.. we dont mind ... this is the season where we spend all our savings for the whole year ...
and it makes us happy .. right ... ?

I know this Blog is a bit late... coz we are just a week away from Christmas...
some of you already done shopping ..  but for the late shoppers..(like me) u must read this!


Here are some Christmas Shopping  tips :



1.Fuel up :

We cant go shopping when we're hungry ... shopping requires a strong body of course.
Eat first ... a heavy meal is a must! haha! strolling around the mall and tiangge is tiring ... and dont forget to take a bottle of water with you while shopping ... just in case you get thirsty u can have a drink right away..


2.Small bag  will do : 

Dont bring too much things.... when you're shopping , you always end up with a bunch of shopping bags .. so your hands must be free to carry them .. I .. personally ... cant go out without a huge bag... where i put my makeups , personal hygiene kit , tissues ,  wallet , a small kit of my medicines...etc... but when ever i go shopping .. i only bring a small sling pouch which i wear around my neck (in front of me.. not on the side..for safety) .where i put my money and my phone... i dont wear too much makeup when shopping so i dont need to bring my make up ..  i dont bring too much thing so i can easily move around..


3.Wear comfortable shoes and  clothes :

Malls and tiangge are super crowded for sure... mostly at this time of the year...
wear comfortable clothes that can let you move around the mall without a hassle..
loose shirt, shorts and a slippers or sneakers will do.. malling means walking around the mall so wearing high heels , stiletto, wedges is not such a good idea ..


4.Make a list , set a budget and stick to it :

Make a list of your ina anak and the other people that you wanted to buy gifts .. Set a budget for each and stick to it .Make sure that you will only put what's in your list in the shopping cart so you wont end up with an empty wallet.. haha..

5.Look for Sales and Bargains  : 

look for the christmas sales and bargains... it can help you save a little ...

6.Be aware :  

Just last week ... when i and my friends gone shopping at divisoria... where all malls and streets are crowded 

we go around and round the place, gone crazy with the low prices items... untill we found out that my friends bag is open and her cellphone is gone ... she is pretty sure that her bags zipper is close the last time she check it...it was hung in her shoulder... hindi nya talaga naramdaman na may gumalaw sa bag nya...so be very careful and aware while shopping. 

Avoid wearing expensive jewelries and texting in the crowded area..

 this season is also the time where bad guys are everywhere .. thieves, pocket pickers, snatchers .. (well i guess anytime naman nagkalat sila) Be ware of your surroundings and take extra care of your things .
