Conditioner helps replace the nutrients and natural oils in our hair that shampoo takes away.
While the shampoo cleans hair, the conditioner soothes it out and make it much softer.
We should always use Conditioner when washing our hair, it will make our hair smell nice,
look shiner and smooth, and stop it from drying out.

Below are the proper ways of conditioning our hair.

Step 1. Choose the right conditioner for your hair type - read the label carefully and select the one that is best for your hair needs. There are many products on the market, and while they are all made to restore moisture to hair, you should find one that is suited for your specific needs.

Step 2. Once you are done applying shampoo to your hair.  place conditioner on your palm ... for fine thin hair use a small amount, for medium to thick hair you can use a little more, Do not use too much conditioner its wasteful and this will save your money, and too much conditioner can weigh your hair down and make it greasy.

Step 3. Rub conditioner between your palm and fingers and apply it on the middle from ears down to the end of the hair. Pay special attention to the hair tips, because this tends to get drier than the rest of your
hair, once it's been applied to the ends first then you can run your fingers or comb to spread the conditioner throughout your hair, never apply conditioner directly on to roots this causes hair to become flat and greasy 

Step 4. Leave conditioner on for 1- 5 minutes, it helps conditioner penetrates to your hair.

Step 5. Rinse thoroughly.
